Artist Claim Summaries

Deadline for submission of rough drafts and artist claim information is July 21st (but feel free to submit before that time if you’re ready - your mods will thank you!). Your draft should be at least 90% complete by this time. Please submit it in an email to spneldritchbang@gmail.com.

• Include your fic name and writer name on the email subject line.


• Attach a Word doc or send a Google Docs link in your email.


• Include artist claim information in the body of the email:

Title:
Rating: (please use the AO3 system)
Wordcount: (estimated is fine)
Pairings: (gen or any major/background pairings that appear)
Warnings: (at a minimum you must include major character death, noncon, rape, underage sex, and violence/gore if they apply. also include any specific warnings that an artist should know about.)
Summary: (a length of up to 150 words will fit well in our slideshow)
Visuals: (in addition to the fic summary, please describe any visuals that might interest potential artists)

Mods will only be checking for minimum wordcount (at least 90% of your total, and your total must be over 5,000 words) and for general completeness. You’ll have time to edit after claims and your fic should be beta’ed before your posting date.
