Summary:

Jensen Ackles grew up on lore about the great Prince Jare'd, a dragon-wolf from Romanian folklore. He grew up on stories. He studied everything he could find and finally took the trip he'd been planning, which took him to the very place of those stories.

It didn't take him long to learn that there could be more to the lore and also that he could be tied to the dragon-wolf in a much deeper way. It also didn't take him long to realize that danger was following him.

Jare'd had been betrayed and lost everything, and a curse keeps him trapped. Then fate and an innocent man break the curse, forcing Jare'd to realize that, to keep Jensen safe, he must face his past and the very man who betrayed him and took away the person Jare'd loved most.
